Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season)

• Breakage Deposit Groups: €100 per person (payable by credit card only)

• Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions.

Prices up to 4 people.
The 5th and 6th guests pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
