Apartment Formentera is a charming 2-bedroom holiday property, affording a prime location in Oura, Albufeira. Perfect for a family, couples or friends looking for a car-free beach holiday, the property is only a short walk from beautiful beaches and all amenities.

This wonderful apartment is on the second floor (with stair access) and is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The living room is spacious and includes comfortable seating and a dining area. A breakfast bar with high chairs looks from the living room onto the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. There is a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The marvellous balcony is accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room, with a table, chairs and parasol where you can enjoy lovely views of the gardens and swimming pools.

The property is in a beautiful complex with an outdoor swimming pool for both adults and children and well-kept gardens.

With its exceptional location in central Albufeira, you’ll have all amenities within a short walk including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful sandy beaches (Praia da Oura is the closest) are within a 10-minute walk and for golf-lovers, there are several golf courses in the area, the closest being only a 3-minute drive away.

Car Hire is not necessary, however if you want to hire a car we can help you. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).

The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
