Seacliff Holiday Home No.3 is situated in an idyllic cliff-top location in Dunmore East County Waterford. Located beside Dunmore East Golf Club this holiday home is the perfect base for a seaside or golfing holiday.
Savour the views across to Hook Lighthouse or take a stroll downhill to Dunmore East, a coastal village with a selection of shops, restaurants, and lively bars.

There is a children’s playground onsite.
The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next to this holiday home and provides a wonderful dining experience overlooking the Hook Head and Dunmore East Harbour.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our call centre or the Property Manager if you wish to order towel sets. The Property Manager's contact details are available in the arrival information document which is emailed once final payment has been made.
