The living room is equipped with a brand new double convertible sofa, note that the living room closes and hides to maintain your privacy. The kitchen is very bright and communicates with the outdoor space. It is very well equipped, perfect for cooking local dishes in order to enjoy them on your private terrace, facing south.
It is composed of an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with 3 drawer freezer.
A large bedroom, bright and pretty, has a large Queen size bed with quality bedding, as well as a trundle bed (2 times 90cm*200), which can accommodate 2 people (separate beds or not).
This independent apartment is located in the wing of the owner's house with a terrace of 20 M2.
The house is 300 meters from the beaches of Milady and Ilbaritz, very close to the city of the Ocean and the Golf of Bidart. Shops near Bidart (intermarché, Intersport, Lidl, L'eau Vive etc) are easily accessible by car or by bus about 1km away
If you are driving, the apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the possibility of free parking in the street, in front of the apartment. Calm, serenity and idleness are the key words: a guaranteed favorite!

- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
