La Reserva de Marbella has subtropical gardens, with an unobstructed view to the south towards the sea. The urbanisation, is located next to the well known villa neighbourhood of Las Chapas and close to Elviria and Marbella, as well as right next to Cabopino.
Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away by car.
The 111m² flat includes two spectacular terraces, there are two bedrooms with large beds, one of them has a modern in-suite bathroom with shower and the other has a bathtub with shower. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine and a microwave. There is also a gas barbecue on the terrace and underground parking space is included.
On the terraces overlooking the pool, there are various seating options that invite you to linger, perfect for enjoying meals, both in the shade and in the sunlight. There are also garden loungers for relaxing.
The urbanisation has 24 hour security.
