From this comfortable apartament you will be able to enjoy different shops, a wide variety of restaurants and all that this wonderful holiday destination has to offer. At the Apartamento Xara it is not necessary to have a rental car, as everything you need is close at hand.
This appartment is fully equipped with internet, tv, air conditioning, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.

The apartament has one bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and two small terraces with sea views.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
