This apartment of 82 m² has a total of three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, bathroom, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. As for the decoration white is the protagonist and makes the rooms freshness, bright and charming atmosphere, and there are many perfect details in decoration that it will invite you to stay and enjoy the house.
The apartment is part of a residential complex in which common areas like the pool of 20 x 8 and the fantastic garden of natural grass and large trees with a total surface 3,000 m² where we can engage with other neighbors are shared, do sport, sunbathing or our children will be able to meet new friends to play with on your vacation. Being located on the ground floor is very comfortable, and we avoid having to go up or down stairs. The area outside the apartment has a private terrace of 22 sqm, surrounded by hedges that preserve our privacy, as well as a covered barbecue, a place designed for us to spend long evenings with family or friends after dinner.
The location is perfect, far from crowds and close to all services, pharmacy, bus, taxi, supermarket, bars, restaurants and of course the beach.

But travelers who come year after year to this tourist destination always find that there are many more things to do in Alcudia. From all kinds of water sports, horseback riding, bike routes, walking beautiful landscapes and nature reserves, visit the weekly market to buy local products, The Old Town or the Roman walls contemplating the footprint of the past, there is much to see and enjoy in Alcudia.
The Port of Alcudia, with the beautiful boats on the waterfront, lively shopping and nightlife and the best restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, is the best place to end the day.
