Duplex overlooking the sea and located in en exclusive zone in the Marina Calafat and with impressive views on the sea. It has all the conforts and consist in a kitchen fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dischwasher, microwawes, washing machine) with exit to the laundry, a cleanliness, a dinningroom, a split level livingroom wich opens to a terrace with terrace furniture and panoramic sea views. By stairs on the first floor we found 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 2 doubles bedrooms (one of theme with bunks and the other with 2 beds for 1 person), 1 complete bathroom, and on the top there is a solarium
