If you are looking for a unique and authentic accommodation to discover the Venice of the Alps, look no further! This magnificent 90m2 apartment, entirely renovated with taste, will seduce you with its charm and comfort. You will be charmed by the French ceiling, the stone fireplace, the solid wood flooring and the pool table that will allow you to spend convivial moments with friends or family.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building, in the heart of old Annecy, a stone’s throw from the lake and the castle. You will enjoy a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Thiou canal and Mont Veyrier, where you can admire the sunset or the reflection of the lights on the water.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds and 1 sofa-bed (for 2 people) in the living room. You will also have a bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen open to a very spacious living room. You can prepare delicious meals with local products, which you will easily find on the market or in the shops nearby. You can also enjoy the raclette, fondue, waffle, etc. appliances to feast on the Savoyard specialties.
The apartment is also equipped with many amenities to make your stay pleasant, such as free wifi, a flat-screen Ambilight TV, an audio system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hairdryer, an iron, etc.
The apartment is ideally located to discover Annecy and its surroundings. You can walk through the picturesque alleys, visit the castle, the Isle palace, the cathedral, the museums, and others.
