Moored in front of the Port du Crouesty, this apartment has an 8m2 balcony and a beautiful view of the Port du Crouesty, its boats and its entrance; offering you a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! It is also a few hundred metres from the Fogéo beach and beautiful walks around the Petit Mont are at the foot of the residence. And for even more relaxation, you will find a swimming pool and a paddling pool in the residence where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. It is also a 5-minute walk from the Miramar ***** Thalasso centre.
The apartment has just been renovated and is nicely decorated. You will find a living room with a view of the outside; its sofas and armchairs invite you to take a break and chat. Then you will discover the dining room, ideal for gathering around good meals, and finally the modern and fully equipped kitchen. It has a ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster.
In the evening, you can go to bed in one of the two bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and will delight the children thanks to its bunk bed, while the second one is on the upper floor in a master suite with an en-suite bathroom. It will be ideal for parents or a couple, with its large double bed (160), offering comfort and serenity for a good night's sleep. You will find a fifth sleeping place on one of the two sofa beds in the living room.
For even more convenience, you will find a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor, and on the upper floor a bathroom with a toilet, a hair dryer, as well as two reserved parking spaces.
