Designed with a classic style infused with modern details, this 3-bedroom apartment provides comfortable beds with fresh linens to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms in this accommodation, one is fitted with a shower and the other has a bathtub and a shower; complimentary toiletries are also provided. The apartment also features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need to prepare delicious meals right at home. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.
Olala Balmes Apartment is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Sant Gervasi, close to a great variety of bars and restaurants but also with easy access to the city’s attractions. Casa Vicens, one of Gaudi’s many works of art, is only a 12-minute walk away. Additionally, with metro station Pàdua just steps away, you’ll be able to easily access gems such as Sagrada Familia (23 min) or the iconic Casa Battló (18 min). And for those who enjoy shopping, El Corte Inglés is only 13 minutes away by metro and offers amazing deals in retail.

- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
- Tourist tax is 6,25€ per person/night for stays up to 7 nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted.
