A three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that was fully refurbished in February 2019, it is located next to the modernist-style Palau de la Música Catalana auditorium, just 10 minutes walk from the city's main attractions, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.

It has air conditioning, a safe and free wifi.

With modern finishes, vaulted ceilings, traditional Catalan tiles, parquet floors, this apartment breathes a modern and warm style.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a dining area and is equipped with a flat screen television. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The main bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.

You will find the apartment equipped with towels and bedding.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within 200 metres of the apartment.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards

Please note that if you arrive later than 21:00 hours and you have not done the self check in process, there's a late check in fee of 30€. A person from our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ euros per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties.
