Cosy studio divided into two areas: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main facade, and a double bedroom with private bathroom facing the rear facade. The bedroom has a double bed (150cm) and a small bathroom with shower (not suitable for very large people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and hobs. The living-dining room has a 50-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. This accommodation has integrated air conditioning in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within about 200 metres of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: To access the lift, you have to go up some steps. Building not adapted.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays). If your check-in is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday public holiday), key collection is at Carrer Aribau 228. The opening hours are from 9am to 8pm. Self check-in with your mobile phone from 3pm.

Please note that if you arrive later than 9pm, there is a late check-in fee of €30. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the apartment.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. It costs €6.88 per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

The apartment does not accept group bookings or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
