Welcome to our charming 3-room apartment, with an area of approximately 70m², located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Upon your arrival, an entrance hall will lead you to a welcoming living/dining room, equipped with a convertible sofa and a television for moments of relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen is a true asset, featuring a washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with a small freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. You can easily prepare your meals and enjoy the conviviality of the space.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190) or a double bed (160x190), offering flexibility to accommodate your needs. The bathroom is both functional and elegant, equipped with a hairdryer, and a separate toilet adds to the convenience.
