A spacious one-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Cannes, in rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street. It is on the 6th floor of its modern residence, served by a lift, and ten minutes' walk from the convention center.
It features a living room with sofa bed, opening onto a sheltered rooftop terrace of generous dimensions with view over the city and a glimpse of the sea.
The bedroom has a double bed.
In fact, there is a small attic bedroom with two single beds but no windows and access via the first bedroom only.
The bathroom has a bath and hand-held shower.
There is an independent toilet.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
Only the living room is air-conditioned.
