Spacious and bright apartment located in Costa da Guia. One bedroom with double bed, another with two single beds. Fireplace, TV and wifi. Accomodates 4.
Guia is a residential area, surrounded by gardens and pine trees, at 3Km from Cascais in Guincho beach direction. Close to Guia is the well known "Casa da Guia", a space full of fashion restaurants and cafes and with a stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean. In the area you also have several supermarkets and coffe shops. There is a bike track connecting Cascais to Guincho that passes and has a bike delivery point exactly in Guia.
The apartment itself is very spacious with living room, kitchen and bedrooms with generous areas. Entering the apartment at your left side you have the modern kitchen offering all the modern appliances and cooking utensils to prepare your own meals with the fresh local products. It includes a dish washer and a washing/dryer machine. It also includes a convenient table with two chairs for your light meals. After the kitchen the spacious living room follows. It has a sofa infront of the big flatscreen TV and a fireplace. There is a table with four chairs to be used in your meals. There is a balcony accessible through the living room.
The first bedroom, is large and includes a big closet and two single beds. The second bedroom, also has a big closet and a separate division that can be used as a work area. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. Forst one, smaller has a shower glass enclosure and the second one, has a walk in glass shower.
Wifi is available as well as cable channels. Should you have a car, you can park it at the building street where there are free places available.
