This fantastic 3-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the main points of interest in Florence.
Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious living room - dining room. This room is very bright, since it has 2 windows that overlook the main facade of the building. The living room has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a 55-inch Smart TV. In addition, it has a large dining table and chairs for all diners.
The kitchen has access from the living room, is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils.
The first room has access from the living room. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 m, a large wardrobe and a window that overlooks Via della Spada, which gives it great light.
The other bedrooms are accessed from the entrance of the apartment through a corridor where there is also a full bathroom with shower.
The second room, with a double bed of 1.50 x 2 m and a wardrobe, has a balcony that overlooks the inner courtyard of the building.
The third room, with a window to another interior patio of the building and a double bed of 1.50 x 2 m, has a dressing room and a complete bathroom with shower.
This apartment has been completely renovated and decorated. It is located in a historic building, so it does not have an elevator. The apartment has underfloor heating, as well as central air heating and air conditioning. The fireplace in the living room is decorative.
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Florence, right in the center, very close to the Santa Maria Novella cathedral and Piazza della Republica. Very close to the apartment is the Piazza del Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Piazza della Signoria. You will be able to visit the entire center of Florence on foot, easily, without the need to use public transport.
The city of Florence charges a tourist tax of €5.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax applies to all visitors, is not included in the room rate, and will be paid directly at the accommodation upon arrival.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
