The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower, air conditioning available only in the bedroom, heating with a heat pump, washing machine, and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, it has a private outdoor parking space.
