This duplex flat welcomes you with an entrance hall, a lounge area with dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, and a corridor leading to a bedroom with double bed and a shower room. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
The flat opens onto a corridor leading to a shower room with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC. The first bedroom has a double bed, storage space and a study area. The large living area includes a sitting area with TV, free Wi-Fi access, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, etc., and a dining area. Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
