Large designer apartment in the historic center of Malaga.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a beautiful classical building, WITHOUT elevator. The building has been completely restored and renovated.
The whole apartment is exterior so it has plenty of natural light. The living room is furnished with design and has a double sofa bed for two people. On the main floor where the living room is located, there are also two exterior bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other with two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90. The kitchen and one of the complete bathrooms are also on the main floor and are equipped with everything you need.
Climbing some stairs, inside the apartment, we reached the third bedroom with its own bathroom. This bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the bathroom en suite is modern and functional.
Calderería Street is located right in the center of Málaga, in the old part of the city, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the countless cultural activities that Malaga offers, given its great historical and artistic heritage.
The Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum and the other important museums are just a few steps from the apartment. Likewise, the Cathedral of Málaga is just a few minutes walk away, so you will never need public transport or a private vehicle to visit the monuments of the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
