The Paseo de Reding apartment is a magnificent design apartment just 150m from the beach of La Malagueta with a privileged location, also next to the main area of cultural and commercial interest.
The property, with quality finishes and a careful design consists of living room with dining area, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and bright living room consists of a living area with two sofas and a side table, and a dining area with table with seating for up to six guests. From this stay you can also see the sea, a privilege because of the proximity of the beach. The first of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. For other part, both bathrooms are complete with shower plate and the kitchen has all the equipment necessary for an optimal use of it; As well as a breakfast bar.
Beside the characteristics of the apartment itself, its location makes it the perfect option to enjoy everything that a city as complete as Malaga can offer: leisure and culture in equal parts. La Malagueta beach is only 150m away. In it you will find bars as recommended as El Tropicana where you can enjoy the delicious gastronomy of Malaga as well as drinks and cocktails. Other nearby shopping and dining areas are, for example, Muelle Uno, with plenty of shops and restaurants. On the other hand, you will have within reach cultural points of interest such as the Pompidou Museum, the Picasso Museum or the recently opened last December 2016 Malaga Museum.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
