Description
Elegant and modern apartment in “La Cittadella” residential complex with a common pool, in Manerba del Garda.
The semi-detached apartment spreads over the ground floor surrounded by an unfenced private garden. The entrance opens onto the open-space living area furnished with a double sofa bed, set in front of the TV, and an open-plan kitchen in a modern design, provided with a breakfast bar and wooden stools, and fitted with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an American coffee machine.
The furnishing in light colors and two wide French-windows make the room very bright and lead to the private porch which boasts a lounge with a couch, an armchair and a dining table, with a view on the common pool.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a French-window which leads to the private back garden; one of them boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from comforts such as air conditioning, heating with heat pump and free wifi, ideal for remote workers.
*A covered parking slot in the complex will be available for the guests.
*The swimming pool will be open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba located on a hill overlooking the lake, where you can take pleasant walks through the The Rocca and Sasso Natural Reserve, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is located 20 minutes walk-drive from Desenzano railway station and about 46 km from Verona airport.
