Lovely apartment with terrace in a residence with swimming pool just 500 meters from the beach.
The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher. The living room leads through French doors to the porch and private garden equipped with outdoor table and chairs. Finally, sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bedroom and a bathroom with shower and complete with all sanitary fittings completes the layout.
The fully air-conditioned apartment, The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access, continues with the bedroom consisting of a double bed and closet.
A covered parking space inside the residence is available to guests.
*The Residence Swimming Pool is seasonal and is open from May to September. Use of a swimming cap may be required.
*Pets weighing less than 15kg, are welcome with a small extra charge.
*Guests will pick up keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is easily accessible from nearby Valerio Catullo airport in Verona, which is only a 50-minute drive away, and from Desenzano del Garda train station, only a 20-minute drive away.
