The apartment also benefits from air conditioning throughout and an underground parking space included.
The apartment is located in the popular beachfront front complex of Marina de la Duquesa which has four swimming pools, padel tennis courts, 24 hour security and underground parking. The complex is a short walk to the Duquesa's marina.
