A real gem in the most sought after frontline beach development "Alhambra del Mar" on the Golden Mile, just a few steps from the promenade, close to all amenities and walking distance to the centre of Marbella.

    Distributed over two floors, the ground floor consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, a bar, fully fitted open plan kitchen, one bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 accesses.
    The terrace adjacent to the living room offers views to the garden and the sea.
    On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms sharing a terrace with chill out area and their respective en suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower and large windows to take advantage of the magnificent views. There is also another large terrace with views of the La Concha mountain on the same floor.
    The penthouse features centralised electric blinds, alarm, air conditioning, lift and communal swimming pool.

    The flat has outside parking, and wifi.
    No parties are allowed.

    Withdrawal
    In the event of withdrawal, the tenant must compensate the lessor with the full amount of the agreed rate if he withdraws less than 20 days before the start of the rental period. If the tenant withdraws earlier than 20 days, he must compensate the lessor with 50% of the agreed rate.

    Deposit
    The tenant pays the intermediate (Parcela Invest S.L.) a deposit of 800,00 € (eight hundred) which must be returned to the tenant by bank wire transfer within three business days after the stay is over, provided that the property covered by this contract is in acceptable condition.
