Its magnificent location, and its architectural typology, combined with lush gardens, make it a reference. It is located in a very quiet residential area, to the West of the town and facing the sea, an ideal place to enjoy a relaxed vacation, and yet you are just a few minutes drive from the centre of Nerja. The beaches are about 500 meters walk away. The urbanization has a great community pool, SUMMER 2020 IS THE POOL CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 and next to it, a magnificent lawn area where you can sunbathe.
