Modern and finely furnished apartment with a beautiful view of Lake Como.
The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the spacious and bright living room that features a comfortable sofa, television, dining table and an open kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, including oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. From here, guests can access the terrace that overlooks the lake and offers magnificent views.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen-size bed, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
Guests will have amenities such as free wi-fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in the entire apartment, and central heating for colder days.
*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

The reasons why this lake is famous all over the world are many, first of all for the beauty of its landscapes: the lake is surrounded by mountains and boasts many fishing villages, beautiful villas, parks and picturesque paths. Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favoring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages overlooking the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
