Located near Place Massena and less than a 5-minute walk from the old town, the 31 GIOFFREDO By Riviera Holiday Homes is an apartment that was renovated in 2018. It is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a lift and is situated in the city centre, close to all amenities and the tram.
Spacious and with plenty of light, the apartment will delight you for a pleasant stay in Nice. When you leave the building, you will be very close to the "Coulée verte" and the old town.
The apartment is spacious and bright with its large south-facing windows.
It consists of:
A living room equipped with a double sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. There is also a fully equipped open kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The apartment is air-conditioned and the windows are double-glazed. The apartment is quiet and has the advantage of being in the centre of Nice.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
