The apartment is located a few minutes from the Place Ile de Beauté tram station, direct to the airport in 20 minutes or to Nice's main train station. Allow less than ten minutes to walk to the Promenade and the Old Town.

The residence is on the seafront, ideal for exploring the city or dining in one of the wonderful restaurants by the water's edge. You are a few minutes from the wonderful HYPE district "Place du Pin". A multitude of restaurants will satisfy all your desires. Futures, delicious bakery, wine merchant, cheese maker will welcome you to fill your baskets with food.

Stay

From the living room, you will see the large park and the small view of the sea.

For your comfort, you have a TV with access to foreign channels and a Wifi network. A comfortable sofa and a coffee table provide a pleasant place to spend a quiet evening. A large counter will accommodate 4 guests on high stools.

The kitchen is open to the living room, separated by a large library.

The large air-conditioned and spacious room will welcome you at the end of the day. Its large window overlooks the green park with its palm trees.
