Its surface area is 60 square metres and can accommodate 5 people. Located not far from shops, the beach, the tram station and the airport, you can fully enjoy your holidays.
It consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room with a 1-seater sofa bed (ideal for a child), and a dining area.
On the sleeping side, you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed as well as a small office and a second bedroom with 1 double bed and its own office.
There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
