Located in Nice, the BELLES TERRES 2 holiday apartment is a fully air-conditioned seasonal rental apartment situated within a secure luxury residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with a lift, and benefits from a large 60m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Completely equipped living/dining room with TV, French windows opening onto the terrace which is equipped with a dining area.
2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with a separate toilet.
NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is at an additional cost.
Rate of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse.
Please send us your ID photos in advance for the preparation of the pool cards before your arrival.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
