Description
Casa Milvus is located in the picturesque alleys of the historic center of Noto, a very quiet corner of the city where you can enjoy a relaxing stay.
The typically Sicilian furnishings blend with contemporary notes giving charm and personality to the apartment. Inside, a staircase leads to the lower floor with a bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, with a beautiful shower effect in the room.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a kitchenette, the second bedroom and a laundry room. Here a staircase leads to the terrace, from which you can admire the roofs and domes of the beautiful churches of Baroque architecture typical of Noto.
The area is very well served, and not far away you will find the beaches of Lido di Noto (7 km), the Vendicari nature reserve (10 km) as well as the Fontanarossa airport of Catania at about 87 km: the perfect location not only for exploring the beautiful city of Noto, but also for getting around and discovering the beautiful sites of Eastern Sicily.

Also called “”the capital of Baroque”; the historic centre of Noto was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the centre, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture which houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 90 kms far away, while Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 80 kms far.
