Beautiful and modern apartment with large furnished terrace inside the former Tomato sauce factory, in the heart of the Kalsa district.
The apartment is located in a complex of houses created thanks to a project of recovery and creative renovation of the former Fabbrica di salsa di pomodoro e conserve alimentari Nicolò Dagnino; in particular, this house that spreads over two floors, is part of the renovation of the imposing chimney adjacent to the terrace. The style of the apartment is unique and refined but also comfortable and functional, equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The entrance opens onto a hallway with stairs leading to the two floors in which the apartment develops: the first floor houses the sleeping area, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a desk and a modern bathroom with bathtub, also usable as a shower. Upstairs guests can find the living area: an open space with a dining table, a sofa, a TV and an open kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. From here, guests can access the large semi-covered terrace, decorated with several plants, overlooking the garden inside the residential complex, a dining table and deck chairs. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.
*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
