Cozy apartment a few steps from the charming Villino Florio, in the Tribunale district of Palermo.
The apartment, recently renovated and located on the ground floor, is made up of a string of rooms. The entrance opens onto the living room with a single sofa bed and coat rack. This is followed by a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. From the dining room it is possible to access the loft, furnished with a single bed. A bathroom with shower and a toilet complete the layout.
At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating with heat pump.
