Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight, with an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will provide you with the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and its operations, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund within 8 to 14 days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.

If a cigarette smell is detected after your stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is reserved exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
