Professional housekeeping is conducted upon arrival and departure to maintain the apartment's cleanliness.

Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you require a cot or high chair, subject to availability.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A €250 deposit is required to access the property, payable online via SWIKLY by credit card. The deposit will be refunded within 8-14 days after departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90.
A fee of €450 applies if cigarette odor is detected post-stay.
Additional keys are provided only for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys left on the door or inside incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Internet Etiquette:

A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required for Olympic Games reservations.
