Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

A €150 deposit is required for access, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided there are no damages.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Additional key service is available for stays of 15 days or more.
Misplaced keys may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.
