Nomad's Easy Stay - 1BED Sta Catarina City View, is a recently renovated one bedroom apartment, with two single beds that includes a work/study area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine, living and dining area and the best of all, a balcony with a panoramic view over the city of Porto!
This apartment belongs to our Nomad's Easy Stay collection, which means that you get convenience and comfort at a very reasonable price, in a premium and very central location, right on Rua de Sta Catarina.
Nomad's 1BED Sta Catarina City View is an apartment with a maximum capacity of 2 people. The beds are single, allowing couples and friends traveling together, as the beds can be prepared together or separately.
Occupying the 5th Floor of a residential building with elevator, it has excellent comfort conditions for short or medium-term stays.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
