Nomad's Lux - 1BED Quartier des Arts is a superior apartment, fully equipped, and very comfortable, in a building located in one of the best areas of Porto, the Galerias de Miguel Bombarda area, one of the most vibrant artistic districts in the city.
The building in which this apartment is located is a gated condominium, with an elevator, fully adapted for people of all physical conditions. The apartment has AC in all divisions, a balcony, and very spacious and comfortable rooms.
It is an apartment with a high level of quality for Tourist Travellers, Executives, and other Urban Nomads, who privilege privacy, tranquility, and comfort.
For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
