This 57 m2 apartment with balcony, facing EAST, is the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends. Perfect for 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed in 160, a coffee table, and a television. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 people. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and all the necessary dishes.
In the shower room, a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are available. The toilets are separate.
A little extra: the mezzanine allows 2 additional beds in 90/190, note that this mezzanine is accessible to children over 6 years old under the supervision of their parents.
Many cupboards will make it easier to store your personal belongings.
A ski locker is at your disposal as well as a basement parking on the first floor with access by elevator.
The apartment was fully equipped with new furniture in 2019.
New residence located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski back to the foot, access to the resort centre 5 mn by foot, for winter the Esf is 10 mn by foot.
In summer the mountain biking activity is accessible with the same chairlift, many hikes and an aquatic centre open during the school holidays.
The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.
