Cozy and comfortable apartment located in the urban heart of Roses with a capacity for 4 people. Close by are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from the Roses Bay. The sandy beach is just at 120 meters and is one with the most crystalline waters of the coast of Girona. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple possibilities that offers La Costa Brava.

CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
ACCESS ACCOMMODATION : the access to our accommodation is through an application in your mobile phone. With this application you will be able to open the doors. It is important to confirm to our agency, before your arrival, that you have got this application in your mobile phone.We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible
COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of the occupants over 16 years of age, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.10 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.
CHECK-IN TIME: from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT TIME: until 10:00 a.m.
KEY DELIVERY: October-May: Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday until 3:00 p.m. June-September: Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you arrive later, you must contact us via ws.
