This beautiful apartment overlooking the pool is located in Roses / Roses, Costa Brava, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia. Roses is located on the north coast of the Gulf of Roses, south of Cap Creus.

This cozy newly built two bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 people and has an area of 53 m². The rooms are nice and comfortable. One is equipped with a double bed, while the second is equipped with 2 beds 0.90. The cozy and modern living-dining room has a sofa, living room furniture, satellite TV and dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker. There is a bathroom with shower. In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, garden furniture, terrace, iron, heating pump, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building.

The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further to the east a large number of coves, among which Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi.
