We open the bay window to let in the sound of the waves and make way for the holidays: the change of scenery is instant and complete! This charming 42m2 apartment, freshly renovated, could not be better located for a 4-person holiday in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. In just a few steps, you are on the large beach, the restaurants and bars are just a few hundred metres away. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The bright living area has an open-plan kitchen leading onto the living room, with a bay window overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped, the kitchen area has induction hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, two coffee makers (filter and espresso), a toaster and a kettle. The terrace, facing the large beach, extends the living space, where you will be comfortably installed to have breakfast.
