Sitges, next to the sandy beaches and a short walk from the emblematic
church of San Bartolomé.

to explore the city and discover all its cultural heritage. Built in
1922, this villa was renovated in 2022, exactly one century later.

Its modern simplicity blends perfectly with original design elements,
such as high ceilings with decorative rose windows. It is distributed
over 3 floors.

bedroom, has access to a large balcony that connects to the courtyard
below.

From this floor you can choose to take the elevator or stairs to the
second floor, where you will find 2 more (smaller) double rooms that
share a complete bathroom with shower and a games room. The rooms are
spacious and bright with large windows that open to the outside. They
are also fully furnished with large built-in wardrobes. The game room
features a large screen TV and sectional sofa making it perfect for
movie night. It has a large terrace with a bird's eye view of the
courtyard.

The elevator connects the top 2 floors to the rooftop, a hidden oasis
in the middle of the city. At the front is the sunny terrace with olive
and lemon trees, perfect for relaxing in the sun. You can see the sea
at the end of the street where the beach awaits you, literally just a
few steps away!

There is a shaded roofed area with a marble dining table made from
recycled materials from the original structure of the house. Seats 6
diners perfectly. At the back is the built-in barbecue (gas) with a
sink, perfect for celebrating lunch with family or friends! You will
also find a guest toilet.

- Check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm you have a
small fee of €30 and after midnight it's €50.
- The departure time is at 11am.
