Cozy and comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the harbor, in Ortigia.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs, is characterized by the double exposure on a very quiet street and the large port on the other side. The entrance opens onto a corridor that separates the different spaces: the living area boasts a living room with a sofa and a TV, a living room with a dining table and a kitchen equipped with all comforts including oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds and a sofa. Both the living area and the bedrooms have large French windows and balconies. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating with heat pump and free wi-fi will be available to guests.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solarium (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its h natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beauty, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

Siracusa train station is 1,6 km from the apartment while the airport of Catania is around 52 minutes away by car.
