Description
We offer for rent an apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The apartment has an area of 40 m2 and consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 200 meters away, the pharmacy is 150 meters away, the ATM is 250 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are 50 meters away. The sea and the popular Del Cura beach are only 200 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
