This apartment is only 500 meters within walking distance to the Blue Flag beach of Del Cura. It is set out over 43 m2 and consists of a light and airy bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large private balcony. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. The balcony benefits from summer furniture. There is air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Spanish and Russian television is available. The apartment is very well located and close to many bars, restaurants, supermarkets and much more local amenities all within walking distance. It sleeps up to 4 people. No pets are permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. It can offer rent of a cot and a highchair, price 20 euros for the entire stay.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
