The beautiful apartment in Torrevieja consists of a living room with a kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony. It can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). It is located in an ideal area for families, close to supermarkets and bars. It is on the second floor and has an elevator. There is a communal pool open during the summer, and a parking space in the communal garage located under the building.
The accommodation, 38 m² in size, is charming and furnished. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and provides all the necessary amenities: WiFi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, bed linen, and towels for each guest, as well as a TV with Spanish channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, electric stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, and full tableware (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.).
The apartment is very close to the sandy beach "Playa del Cura" (1.2 km) and 500 m from the town center. In just 2 minutes on foot, you will find many restaurants and cafés. The Consum supermarket is just 100 m away, and ALDI is 300 m away. You can also enjoy a nice walk along the evening promenade.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located 46 km away, and the Torrevieja Bus Station is 1 km away.
