Description
We offer for rent a penthouse apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment has an area of 53 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a terrace and a private solarium from which you can see the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning in the salon and both bedrooms. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. In summer there is access to a swimming pool. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Russian store "Kalinka" is 300 meters away, the supermarkets "Mercadona" and "Consum" are 200 meters away. The bus station is 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest one is located less than 50 m from the apartments. The sea and Del Cura beach are about 650 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 5 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or solarium area!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
