Flat for rent in a new complex complete with a communal with a swimming pool, located on the first line of the sea. This apartment is spread out over 61 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, separate kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, linens and towels, kitchen utensils. It can sleep up to six people. The apartment has central air conditioning, Spanish TV is available. The price of the seven days rental includes the use of Internet and if the rental is less than seven days then there is a 20 euros sur charge. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace

Output or input outside office hours, sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
